Overview
In 2025, Tröstau in the Fichtelgebirge also celebrated its traditional Kirchweih day with a festive church service in the Christuskirche and subsequent festivities at the market square. Local clubs provided food, drinks, and live music.
The Tröstau Kirchweih 2025 proceeded as usual. After the service in the Christuskirche, festival-goers moved to the market square, where the shooting club, fire department club, sports club, and other associations had set up stalls.
With brass music, Schäuferla, and beer from the Fichtelgebirge, the summer Sunday unfolded as it has for generations — a true village Kirchweih, supported by the commitment of local club life. The tradition was carried forward into 2026 without interruption.
