Overview
The Traunstein Spring Festival 2025 ran for ten days in mid-May at the festival grounds on Siegsdorfer Straße. As every year, Stadtmarketing and the festival organizers offered a full program of marquee entertainment, the Almstadl, amusement rides, a grand parade on Sunday, and Family Day on Monday – the major spring Volksfest of the Chiemgau region.
With the 2025 edition, Stadtmarketing Traunstein GmbH continued the tradition of the grand spring Volksfest. The festival marquee, Almstadl, and amusement rides characterized the scene at the Festplatz Siegsdorfer Straße, complemented by the classic Sunday parade and Family Day on Monday.
For years, the Spring Festival has been one of the most important spring dates on the Upper Bavarian Volksfest calendar and is considered the season opener for festivals east of Munich.
