Overview

The 2025 edition of Traumatica ran from late September to early November at Europa-Park Resort Rust. Eight main attractions, including Grim's Funhouse, Unknown (VR spaceship), Tarot House, Cinema Macabre, The Hill, Murderdome, Studio -13, and TAKEN, featured at the festival. Multi-award-winning, honored with industry awards from the international theme park sector. Ages 16 and up.

2025 — A Strong Edition

Traumatica 2025 ran for six to eight weekends again, solidifying the festival's position as one of Europe's best Halloween events. The mix of horror mazes, VR experiences, open-air productions, and live shows attracted regular guests from Southern Germany, France, Switzerland, and Italy.

Highlights included the new VR experience "Unknown" (spaceship scenario with moral choices), the expanded show "Cinema Macabre" (with the premiere of the horror film "Rotters Attack!"), and the expansion of the arena format "Murderdome." The festival's mobile app offered real-time wait times, interactive maps, and storyline guidance — a step that significantly improved visitor flow.
