Edition 2025 — Binz New Year's Dive

In 2025, the Binz New Year's Dive once again ushered in the summer season on Rügen on May 1st – with promenade art by the Artistokraten from 11 am, a communal dip in the Baltic Sea at 2:30 pm, and the first open-air concert of the season on the Kurplatz.

A Proven Season Opening

The Binz New Year's Dive 2025 followed the established three-phase concept: morning street art on the promenade, midday the actual New Year's Dive with costumed swimmers, and afternoon/evening the first open-air concert of the season on the Kurplatz. As in previous years, the organizer was Binzer Bucht Tourismus GmbH.

The tradition will continue in 2026 – with a comparable program and unchanged free admission.
