Töplitz Wine Festival

In 2025, the festival continued the tradition established in 2019: a deliberately small, family-friendly wine festival in one of Werder's most beautiful districts. Its location directly on the Havel river and the Großer Plessower See makes the Töplitz village square one of the most atmospheric festival grounds in the Havelland region.

The wine tradition in Werder is small but vibrant. While northern German states like Brandenburg play a minor role in the wine world, there has been a growth in wine-producing businesses in the region since 1990 – also due to climate change. Töplitz is one of the small hotspots of this development.
