Overview

The Tittling Volksfest 2025 was celebrated, as in previous years, as a four-day Volksfest at the market square and festival grounds. The opening parade, the Kirta on Sunday, the festival tent, and amusement rides attracted visitors from the Passau district and the southern Bavarian Forest. The traditional Volksfest in the Dreiburgenland once again asserted its importance as Tittling's major summer event.

The 2025 edition followed the proven four-day pattern: Friday opening with parade, weekend festival operations, Sunday Kirta with market stalls and family program, Monday winding down. The festival tent and amusement rides on the festival grounds served their traditional audience from the Passau region and the Lower Bavarian area.

Tittling, as a market town and gateway to the Bavarian Forest, once again used the Volksfest to reinforce its position as a regional meeting center — a role supported by the Dreiburgenland with its castles and forests.
