In 2025, the town of Tirschenreuth also maintained its traditional market calendar with four annual markets, a weekly Thursday market, and the statewide flea market day. The market tradition is considered one of the most characteristic elements of Tirschenreuth's town identity.
The 2025 market calendar in Tirschenreuth followed the established pattern: Easter Market in April, Peter-and-Paul Market at the end of June, Autumn Market in September, and Michaelmas Market / Simon-Judas Market in October. This was complemented by the weekly Thursday market in Maximilianplatz and the statewide flea market day organized by Antenne Bayern on Whit Monday.
