The Thusfest am Egerwasserfall 2025 took place on Whit Sunday, June 8, in the Thuswald forest near Röslau. As every year, the Eger river was channeled over the 28-meter-high waterfall for a few hours, accompanied by music and catering by local clubs.
In 2025, the Thusfest am Egerwasserfall once again attracted numerous visitors to the Thuswald forest near Röslau on Whit Sunday, June 8. For a few hours, the Eger river was diverted back into its original riverbed, causing the waterfall to spectacularly plunge 28 meters into the granite gorge.
Local clubs provided catering, music, and entertainment. The Thusfest once again confirmed its reputation as a unique natural spectacle and traditional festival in the Wunsiedel district.
