Tribute Concert in a Unique Setting
The tribute concert 'The Magic of Santana' brings the legendary music of Carlos Santana to Museumsdorf Cloppenburg — an unusual but fascinating combination. While the Museumsdorf, Lower Saxony's largest open-air museum, is usually known for its collection of historic farmhouses, mills, and craft workshops, it opens its doors in the summer for concerts that utilize this extraordinary backdrop.
Jazz- und Bluesfreunde Cloppenburg as Organizers
The Jazz- und Bluesfreunde Cloppenburg are an established initiative for sophisticated live music in the district. They regularly organize concerts with national and international artists, thus shaping a vibrant jazz and blues scene in the southern Oldenburger Münsterland.
Latin Rock by Carlos Santana
Carlos Santana — the Mexican-American guitarist who has shaped rock and Latin music since the late 1960s — combines rock, Latin, blues, and jazz in his work into a distinctive style. The tribute band 'The Magic of Santana' brings his greatest hits to the stage live: 'Black Magic Woman', 'Oye Como Va', 'Samba Pa Ti', 'Smooth', as well as other classics from over fifty years of Santana's career.
