Overview

In the classic summer slot between May and September, the Parkbühne Wuhlheide presented dozens of open-air concerts in 2025 – from indie to pop to rock. The Cure was not visiting Berlin this season, but the Wuhlheide stage hosted its usual 17,000-capacity evenings with other big names.

The 2025 season at Wuhlheide continued seamlessly with the established concert tradition of the Kindl-Bühne. The Cure was not touring in Berlin during that summer, but their return in 2026 was announced mid-2025 with three consecutive Wuhlheide concerts – a date that became a long-awaited summer event for the Berlin Cure community in 2026.

For decades, the Parkbühne in Volkspark Wuhlheide has been one of Germany's most prominent open-air venues, and with its wooden benches amidst the pine grove, it is one of Berlin's most atmospheric concert locations.
