Overview

The 1st International Tattoo Convention Balver Höhle is the inaugural edition in 2026. In the preceding years, the concept was developed, the cave secured as a venue, and tattoo artists acquired. 2025 was a preparation year — the Tattoo Convention represents a true premiere in 2026.

In the previous year, 2025, the Tattoo Convention in the Balver Höhle had not yet taken place — the 2026 edition is the first premiere. Preparatory steps included: concept development, site coordination with the management of the Balver Höhle, acquisition of international tattoo artists, and establishment of the motto concept. Other tattoo events in the region (e.g., in Dortmund, Cologne) ran in the usual hall formats in 2025.

Programme

2025 was a preparation year. The first edition in the Balver Höhle is planned for 2026.
