Tanzinsel Festival

At the Tanzinsel Festival 2025 on August 23, the island surrounded by water in Gemünden am Main once again transformed into a large dance floor. On two stages – Sunset Stage and Container Yard – national and international DJs played a continuous program of electronic music; several thousand visitors celebrated between the river arms. The fully cashless organized open-air with a minimum age of 16 and the special train to Würzburg on the night of August 24 confirmed Tanzinsel as a firm summer fixture for the electronic music scene in the Würzburg / Main-Spessart area.
