Overview

In previous years, the Tanzfestival MV in spring has already brought together dance enthusiasts from all over Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in Schwerin. The proven concept of workshops with renowned trainers, a Welcome Party, and a grand Dance Night with multiple floors attracted couples and singles of all dance levels to Tanzstudio Schlebusch.

The Tanzfestival MV has become a regular event in Schwerin's dance scene over several editions. In previous years, the festival followed its proven structure: three days with one-hour workshop sessions for beginners and advanced dancers, a relaxed Welcome Party to kick things off, and a spectacular Dance Night as the highlight.

The workshop program combined classic dances with current trendy dances, taught by professionals from the North German dance scene. The Dance Night on Saturday evening featured multiple floors running in parallel, offering Standard, Latin, Discofox-Schlager, and Swing all in one evening.
