Edition 2025 — Tangofestival Rhein-Ruhr

In 2025, the Tangofestival Rhein-Ruhr in Witten once again took place as one of Germany's largest Tango events — featuring workshops by internationally sought-after maestros, multiple Milongas per day, and live concerts by Tango ensembles. Saalbau and Haus Witten once again served as the central venues. An event that annually draws dancers from all over Europe to North Rhine-Westphalia and will enter its next edition in 2026.

Tangofestival 2025 in Witten

The 2025 festival confirmed Witten's status as a German Tango hotspot with workshops, Milongas, and live music. Four days of Tango tradition and Neo-Tango formed the core structure — a model for the 2026 edition.
