The "Tag des Bieres" 2025 was celebrated around April 23rd on Marienplatz in Freising. Weihenstephan and the Gräfliches Hofbrauhaus commemorated the Purity Law with a parade, a herald, and live music.
In 2025, Freising once again celebrated its "Tag des Bieres" around April 23rd on Marienplatz. The Bayerische Staatsbrauerei Weihenstephan and the Gräfliches Hofbrauhaus Freising presented themselves together with the Weihenstephan student fraternities. A parade, the ceremonial reading of the Purity Law charter by a herald on horseback, as well as live music and games were the highlights – a tribute to Freising's centuries-old brewing history.
