Tag der Architektur 2025 – Review

In June 2025, the Tag der Architektur in Hamburg took place under the motto "Building Diversity". Over 50 architecture firms, urban planning authorities, and chambers of engineers opened their doors for a weekend. The programme included guided tours of current construction projects – including housing projects from Hamburg's districts, public buildings, industrial and logistics buildings in the HafenCity expansion, and renovations of historic existing buildings.

Thematically, affordable housing, climate resilience, and inclusion were the focus of the accompanying city walks and discussion rounds. The Hamburg Chamber of Architects drew a positive conclusion and set the date for 2026 immediately after the festival ended.
