Overview

In 2025, the Tag am Meer Festival also took place on the north beach of Prora: a weekend of electronic music between the Baltic Sea, the Prora complex, and the dune forest, organized by the Landjugendverband Mecklenburg-Vorpommern e.V.

An Established Festival Formula

The 2025 edition of the Tag am Meer Festival followed the proven concept: campsite concert on Friday evening, main festival day on Saturday with two stages and a program spanning Techno, House, Deep House, Afro-House, Reggae, and Soul. The venue, as always, was the Prora youth hostel with its attached youth campsite on the north beach.

Since 2013, the festival has established itself as the most important electronic music festival on the island of Rügen. For 2026, the organizer Landjugendverband MV is planning the 10th edition for July 17th and 18th, with an anniversary theme.
