Overview
The 42nd Syltlauf was held in 2025, as every year in mid-March, along the Sylt island axis. Start in List, finish in Hörnum, distance 34.55 km through the dune landscape. Organizer TSV Tinnum 66 with its volunteer Syltlauf team. Again sold out, again one of Germany's most beautiful landscape running experiences.
2025 Edition
The 2025 Syltlauf confirmed the competition's special status among German landscape runs. An island crossing from north to south, thousands of meters in altitude (though hills are relative in flat island terrain), wind, salt air, dunes.
