Overview

The 24th SWP-CityLauf Pforzheim 2025 took place for the last time from the traditional start point in Enzauenpark. Up to 3,000 runners of all ages completed the Main Run, FunRun, ParkRun, School Runs, and Kids Run in Pforzheim city center — the last City Run before the relocation in 2026 due to construction work.

24th City Run 2025 in Enzauenpark

The 2025 City Run was the last edition of the Pforzheim city run from the traditional start point in Enzauenpark, before construction work in the park forces a temporary relocation to TG Pforzheim 88 in 2026. Up to 3,000 runners of all ages — from kindergarten children in the 200m Kids Run, to school groups, hobby runners, and ambitious competitive runners — filled the five distances: Main Run 9.7 km, FunRun 4.85 km, ParkRun 2 km, School Runs 1.65 km, and Kids Run 200 m.

The Main Run started as usual at 6:00 PM and led through Pforzheim's city center and Enzauenpark. Catering and award ceremonies in the park rounded off the evening — a familiar City Run atmosphere that will be resumed in a modified form on Wilferdinger Höhe in 2026.
