Overview

The second edition of Sunset & Sound took place in August 2025 at the Concert Shell in Wiesbaden's Kurpark – featuring House and Tech House, an international DJ lineup, and the characteristic 360° stage construction. Premiere of the Sunset & Sound Festival on August 16, 2025, at the Concert Shell in Wiesbaden's Kurpark. The House and Tech House format with international DJs, local Wiesbaden acts, and a 360-degree stage setup impressed audiences and critics.

As early as 2025, the festival managed to establish the setup formula from its 2024 premiere: a one-day open-air event with international DJs, a limited number of visitors, and an unusual venue in the classicist Kurpark.

Premiere festival at the historic Concert Shell with a House and Tech House program from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Approx. 4,500 visitors, admission from 21 years. The success led to the 2nd edition in 2026.

The proven format has shaped the festival for years and brings audiences from the region as well as from neighboring federal states to the town. The annual edition contributes to Hesse's established festival calendar and is supported by local clubs, associations, and volunteers.
