Edition 2025 — Sunset Beach Festival
The Sunset Beach Festival 2025 took place in June at the Haltern am See bathing area. With electronic music on the 800-meter natural beach of the Halterner Stausee, the format continued to establish itself as an important festival date in the western Münsterland. The Halterner Zeitung reported on the well-attended open-air with established and emerging DJs.
Sunset Beach 2025
The 2025 edition of the Sunset Beach Festival once again utilized the unusual beach location on the Halterner Stausee. Established and emerging DJs from the electronic scene performed on stage; the VRR combo ticket and the shuttle from Haltern station formed the established travel logistics.
The Halterner Zeitung reported extensively on the lineup, travel, parking, and tickets — indicating that the festival is now firmly anchored in the western Münsterland festival landscape.
