Edition 2025 — Summit Sounds

The premiere of Summit Sounds took place in 2025 in the Winkelhof spa park in Bad Tabarz. Entrepreneurs from Bad Tabarz founded the festival to give the Kneipp spa town at the foot of the Inselsberg its own festival identity. Three days of programming — from techno to rock to a family party — established the festival regionally.

Premiere 2025

The first edition in 2025 already utilized the Winkelhof spa park in its current festival configuration: main stage by the Great Pond, backstage and catering in the historic pavilion. The concept of 'three days, three genres' was consistently implemented from the start. The audience came mainly from the Thuringian Forest region, Erfurt, and Eisenach — an indicator of the festival's regional anchoring.
