Summer Concerts of the Churches Region Guben — Edition 2025

The 2025 Summer Concerts were spread, as usual, between late June and mid-September across the region's village churches. Summer music in Groß Breesen, Pinnow, Kerkwitz, and Grano, a folk song evening in the Atterwasch Parish Garden, and the choir concert in the Guben Monastery Church formed the fixed points of the season. The mix of classical church music, communal singing, and intimate concert formats in the small villages of Lower Lusatia once again gave the series its unmistakable profile — a cultural bridge between the urban community of Guben, the dispersed settlements of Schenkendöbern, and the Polish neighboring town of Gubin on the Neisse.
