Overview

From August 27 to September 7, 2025, the 49th Stuttgart Wine Village took place in the city centre between Marktplatz, Schillerplatz, and Kirchstraße. 120 huts, around 30 hosts, and over 500 Württemberg wines characterized the late summer festival. Stuttgart once again proved why the Wine Village has been one of the state capital's defining events since 1976 — and laid the groundwork for the 50th anniversary in 2026.

49th Stuttgart Wine Village 2025

The 49th Stuttgart Wine Village took place from August 27 to September 7, 2025, in Stuttgart's city centre. As in previous years, Marktplatz, Schillerplatz, and Kirchstraße were the venues for the labyrinthine wine village made up of around 120 vine-covered huts. About 30 hosts from Stuttgart and the surrounding region served over 500 wines from Württemberg and Baden in their huts, along with Swabian specialities ranging from Maultaschen to Kässpätzle.

In 2025, the Wine Village once again welcomed several hundred thousand guests — Stuttgart locals, wine lovers from Baden and Württemberg, as well as tourists from all over the world. Pro Stuttgart, under its managing director, used the year to prepare for the 50th anniversary in 2026 and to develop the anniversary motto “GeWeinsam”.
