Overview

The 3rd edition of Studifestival Siegen took place in 2025 at the Siegerlandhalle — pop, rap, and electronic sounds for a young, student-oriented audience from the Siegerland region. Since its premiere in 2023, the format had established itself as a fixture in Siegen's summer cultural scene, attracting thousands of visitors to the hall on Koblenzer Straße again in 2025. The organizers subsequently announced a significantly expanded program and a fourth edition in 2026.

3rd Studifestival 2025 — Consolidation of the Format

The 3rd edition of Studifestival Siegen in 2025 confirmed the young format as a fixture in Siegen's concert landscape. Initiated by students, organized by a team of members from the University of Siegen, the festival brought a mix of established headliners and newcomer acts from the German-speaking pop and rap scene to the Siegerlandhalle.

The positive feedback from the audience and artists led directly to the planning of the 4th edition in 2026 with a significantly expanded lineup (from 7 acts in 2025 to 11 acts in 2026) and greater national visibility. The repeated choice of the Siegerlandhalle has given the festival a sense of home.
