In 2025, the Streetfood Picknick Bochum also took place in front of the German Mining Museum — one of the established street food events in the early summer Ruhr area. Food trucks, DJ music, and an industrial atmosphere characterized the festival in its proven format.
Streetfood Picknick 2025 in Bochum
The 2025 edition continued the proven Streetfood Picknick concept in front of the German Mining Museum Bochum. Organizer Finest Event Catering once again presented a curated selection of food trucks and combined the culinary offerings with relaxed DJ music. The positive feedback and the established combination of street food, museum, and industrial scenery made the festival a repeat event in 2026 — this time with the Ascension Day weekend of May 14–17, 2026, as an ideally extended festival period.
