Overview

The Street Food & Music Festival 2025 attracted numerous food fans to Velbert-Mitte from May 9th to 11th. Over 20 food trucks offering burgers, empanadas, poffertjes, and crêpes, along with live music and a family program, provided a culinary spring weekend at Platz Am Offers — combined with the Velberter Late Night and a Sunday with open shops.

The 2025 edition ran over three days with a mix of international street food selection, a cocktail bar, and a musical stage program. Performances by the Velbert Music and Art School and French guests characterized Saturday and Sunday afternoons, contributing to the family-oriented nature.

The concept proved successful again: close integration with the Velbert city center through Late Night and Sunday opening hours, culinary diversity ranging from classic burgers to international street food options, and a stage that highlights regional talents.
