Overview
The Street Food Festival Neunkirchen-Seelscheid took place in 2025 on June 28th and 29th at the Marktplatz Am Wiedenhof. Around a dozen food trucks with international specialties (African, Asian, Indian, and more), a beer garden, and a wine bar attracted visitors from the region. The municipality explicitly communicated its desire to establish the festival as a permanent tradition.
The 2025 edition confirmed the viability of the concept. Heide Event and the municipality are planning the 2026 revival with a comparable format. The food trucks were successful, and visitor numbers were positively evaluated by the municipality.
