Overview
The 2025 spring edition of the Original Street Food Festival Aachen, as usual, ran for three days at Das Liebig in Liebigstraße 19. Over 30 food trucks and stalls from established vendors in the street food scene served a wide spectrum of international and vegetarian cuisine.
Similar to 2026, the 2025 edition gathered a broad spectrum of food trucks, from Arepas to Asian Fusion to vegan options. Indoor and outdoor seating areas, specialty coffee stalls, and a family audience made the spring event an established fixture in Aachen's event calendar.
