The 9th Strander Promenadenfest 2025 once again drew thousands of visitors from the Fjord region to the Strande promenade — live music program, sales stalls, beer garden, and children's play area on a relaxed late summer Saturday directly on the Kiel Fjord.
Review of the 9th Strander Promenadenfest 2025
The 9th edition of the Strander Promenadenfest in summer 2025 once again attracted families, residents from the Fjord region, and day-trippers to the renovated beach promenade on the Kiel Fjord. Opening by the mayor, followed by the Shantychor, jazz program in the afternoon, and party/soul cover program until late evening.
The format has established itself over nine editions as an attractive late summer event — a skillful combination of beach holiday atmosphere, live music variety, and modern promenade architecture. Those vacationing in Strande or the neighboring Fjord communities invariably plan the Promenadenfest as a highlight of their beach stay.
