In 2025, the Stralsund Thanksgiving Festival combined a service and a market festival into an autumnal celebration in the Hanseatic city. Regional producers presented their products on the Alter Markt and celebrated the connection between city and countryside together with visitors.
In 2025, the Stralsund Thanksgiving Festival once again invited visitors to the Alter Markt in the Hanseatic city in October. After the Thanksgiving service in St. Nikolai Church, a market with regional produce opened. Together with the North Vorpommern Farmers' Association, the city celebrated the importance of agriculture in the Vorpommern-Rügen district.
