Edition 2025 — Steinberger Kirwa
In 2025, the Tannengrün Steinberg youth club once again invited to the traditional Steinberger Kirwa at the Steinberg am See festival grounds. As every year, the Kirwabaum, the dancing of the Kirwapaare, brass band music, and marquee operations formed the highlights of the Upper Palatinate Kirchweih.
The Steinberger Kirwa 2025 continued the tradition of customs of the Tannengrün Steinberg youth club. At the Steinberg am See festival grounds, the village community celebrated the Upper Palatinate Kirchweih over several days.
The setting up of the decorated Kirwabaum, the dancing of the Kirwapaare in traditional costume, as well as brass band music and marquee operations shaped the program. The festival confirmed its status as a fixed traditional event in the Upper Palatinate Lake District and the Schwandorf district.
