Overview

The 23rd Städtlitag Kandern took place in June 2025 in the town center – as every year, an open Sunday with a supporting program. Exhibitors and retailers from Kandern and the surrounding area presented themselves, the Stadtmusik Kandern opened the program with the Frühschoppen concert on the Blumenplatz. Stilt walkers, brass band performances, children's program, and a book flea market formed the framework – an annual tradition since 2003 that shapes the Markgräflerland town.

23rd Edition 2025

In June 2025, the Kandern Städtlitag also took place as an open Sunday with a supporting program. Werbering Kandern e.V., together with Kandern's shops and cultural initiatives, organized the program: Stadtmusik Frühschoppen on the Blumenplatz, stilt artistry, brass band performances, children's dance, and a book flea market.

As always, catering was provided by Gasthaus Weserei on the Blumenplatz and the Werbering with its own beer, wine, and sparkling wine fountain. The Städtlitag has been firmly anchored in Kandern's festival calendar since 2003 and is one of the identity-forming events of the Markgräflerland small town on the edge of the Black Forest.
