Overview

The 2025 Stadtlohn Christmas Market took place as usual on the third Advent weekend around St. Otger Church. Around 40 stalls with Christmas crafts and homemade goods, plus the traditional ice stock sport championship in front of the historic town hall with over 200 athletes — a proven Münsterland Advent format.

The 2025 edition followed the established concept: market around the church, club stalls with gastronomic offerings, craft sales, and the ice stock sport championship as a unique selling point. Long Saturday and Sunday with extended shopping hours concentrated visitor traffic — one of the most important Advent events in western Münsterland.

Programme

Advent weekend market with 40 stalls, ice stock sport championship on a 15-meter artificial ice rink, long Saturday, Sunday with extended shopping hours, and accompanying program (storytelling, puppet theater, music).
