Edition 2025 — Stadtflimmern

Stadtflimmern Bottrop 2025 — fifth edition — transformed the Kulturhof at the August Everding Cultural Centre into an open-air culture stage on several summer evenings. Concerts, theatre performances, family programmes, and participatory hands-on activities characterized the festival series. The City of Bottrop promoted the format as a 'cosy atmosphere' for summer evenings — one of Bottrop's most important summer culture formats, established in its fifth season.

The Bottrop Cultural Office hosted the fifth edition of Stadtflimmern in 2025. Over several weekends during the summer months, the Kulturhof at the August Everding Cultural Centre became an open-air stage. The programme of concerts, theatre performances, family events, and participatory activities solidified the firm place that this relatively young festival now holds in Bottrop's event calendar. In 2026, the series will be concentrated over three weekends in September.
