The 42nd Delitzsch City Festival 2025 confirmed its status as one of Saxony's most traditional Volksfeste. Five stages, the famous festival parade on Saturday, the historic market, and several headliner concerts attracted tens of thousands to the old town.
The 2025 edition continued the centuries-old tradition: five stages spread across the old town, a festival parade on Saturday that ranks among the largest in Saxony, the historic Peter & Paul Market with a medieval atmosphere, and a packed stage program featuring Schlager, rock, cover bands, and electronic music. Delitzsch in the Nordsachsen district once again positioned itself as a central hub for Saxon festival culture.
