In 2025, preparations for Drensteinfurt's 1175-year anniversary were underway. Design competition for the anniversary logo (won by Iris Wältermann), club participation, sponsorship acquisition, and program planning — the start of the 2026 festivities, no separate Stadtfest in 2025.
The year 2025 was dedicated to the preparation of the historic anniversary. With the design competition for the anniversary logo, the launch of the website drensteinfurt-1175.de, and the activation of the club landscape, the town prepared for the festive weekend in September 2026.
