Stadtfest Burgstädt 2025
In 2025, the Stadtfest Burgstädt once again brought the town's largest Volksfest to the market square and town center on the first weekend of October. The 38m high Ferris wheel on the Anger was once again one of the festival's landmarks, the local crafts market in the Albertinum courtyard attracted regional exhibitors from all over Mittelsachsen, and the large flea market on Sunday drew thousands of bargain hunters. Several stages with rock, pop, Schlager, and country music provided atmospheric live music, and the traditional fireworks display on Sunday evening concluded the festival weekend.
