Overview

The 48th Städtlifest Todtnau once again transformed the High Black Forest mountain town into a cheerful Volksfest setting in early July 2025. Three days of festival tent, the star march of the Todtnau music bands, a craft market, and club catering made the traditional festival the highlight of the South Baden summer — with a fiery finale on Sunday evening.

At the 48th Städtlifest in 2025, the clubs and citizens of Todtnau gathered in the town center as every year to celebrate for three days. The festival tent atmosphere, the traditional star march of the local music bands, and the arts and crafts market attracted visitors from all over the High Black Forest. Black Forest specialties, Markgräfler wines, and Tannenzäpfle characterized the culinary offerings, while food trucks added modern touches. The grand finale was the spectacular fireworks display on Sunday evening, which bathed the valley between Belchen and Feldberg in colorful lights. A typical Städtlifest weekend — South Baden, warm, and traditional.
