Overview

The 6th edition of the Springflut Festival took place in Hörup in 2025, continuing the tournament's rise in the North German show jumping scene. With the Grand Prix S***, Bundeschampionate qualifications, and the premiere of the Balticfinance Youth Team Masters for U-18 riders, the festival solidified its position as one of the most important equestrian events in the North.

The 2025 edition continued the growth model of previous years: a top-class field, cross-country competitions as Bundeschampionate qualifications, and a growing supporting programme around equestrian sports. The Grand Prix of VR Bank Nord eG on the final Sunday was again the sporting focal point of the week in 2025.

For the first time in 2025, the Balticfinance Youth Team Masters for U-18 riders was held — a format that will be continued in its second edition in 2026. Together with the Holsteiner Highlight Sales and James Farm Open, the festival offered a mix of top sport, breeding, and farm culture.
