Overview

Already in 2025, the vineyards of Peterstirn transformed into an open festival table in May: the Spring Wine Festival by Weingut Dahms attracted wine lovers from Schweinfurt and the surrounding area for four festival days with Franconian wine, live music, and Franconian cuisine.

The 2025 edition of the Spring Wine Festival followed the proven concept: festival grounds in the middle of the vineyards, wine from Weingut Dahms' own vines, Franconian snacks, and live music every evening. Access only on foot, car access to the slope blocked.

The wine selection included the typical Franconian wines—Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus, and Spätburgunder—as well as Secco and house specialties. As in subsequent years, the festival was a fixed date in Schweinfurt's spring event calendar.
