The 2025 Spring Kirmes Burgsteinfurt once again transformed the market square of the historic old town into a fairground mile. Carousels, rides, candy floss, and food stalls proved to be a spring Volksfest on the second weekend of May — a firm fixture in Steinfurt's town calendar.

Already in 2025, the Spring Kirmes attracted families and young people from Steinfurt and the Münsterland to the old town of Burgsteinfurt. The combination of traditional Kirmes atmosphere and the picturesque half-timbered backdrop makes the weekend a spring classic in the Steinfurt district.

Programme

Kirmes on Burgsteinfurt's market square with carousels, rides, food stalls, and sweets, from Saturday to Monday around the second Sunday in May.
