Edition 2025 — Spremberger Heimatfest

The Spremberger Heimatfest 2025 took place in August in the city center of the Lower Lusatian town. Several stages, a parade, market stalls, and concerts once again attracted tens of thousands of visitors from Lusatia and the surrounding districts to the town on the Spree.

The 2025 edition, with its multi-day program, already set the stage for the grand jubilee in 2026: concerts on several stages, a parade with clubs and costume groups, market stalls along the city center, and a family program formed the key elements. Spremberg affirmed its position as one of the largest Volksfeste in southern Brandenburg and sharpened its profile as a link between Brandenburg and Sorbian-Wendish festival culture.
