Overview

The SportScheck RUN Nuremberg 2025 took place again on October 26 at the Hauptmarkt. Over 7,000 finishers completed the 6 km, 10 km, or half marathon distances through the historic old town and along the Wöhrder See — one of the largest running events in Southern Germany.

On October 26, 2025, over 7,000 runners gathered again at Nuremberg's Hauptmarkt. The SportScheck RUN — season finale of the nationwide RUN series — offered its usual distances of 6 km, 10 km, and half marathon (21.1 km), plus the Bambini and Kids RUNs in the morning.

The course through the historic old town and along the Wöhrder See attracted numerous hobby and ambitious runners from all over Middle Franconia and beyond. Brooks provided the brand shirts, ESN ensured refreshments on the course, and Erdinger Alkoholfrei welcomed finishers in the finish area. Timing as always via TimeMotion with shoe transponders. A successful season finale for the SportScheck RUN series.
