Overview

In 2025, Spielfest Mariendorf also invited visitors to the Volksparkstadion on the first weekend of July. Two days of craft stations, sports, and hands-on activities for children and families, parallel to ROCKTREFF on the main stage. Free admission.

The 2025 edition continued the long-standing tradition of the Spielfest + ROCKTREFF double format. Organized by the Tempelhof-Schöneberg Youth Welfare Office together with CPYE e.V., the weekend offered classic family festival activities combined with Berlin's upcoming band scene on the main stage.

In 2025, the format once again proved to be a family-friendly alternative to larger Berlin city festivals in the city center. Tempelhof-Schöneberg uses the combination to engage the Berlin family community specifically within the district and simultaneously showcase young Berlin bands. The continuation of the cooperation with the housing company STADT UND LAND (over several years) has also proven successful.
