Overview

In June 2025, the Sonnwendfest also took place on the Midsummer weekend in ErlebnisPark Hochdorf in Eberdingen. Organized by TSV-Lauftreff and Förderverein ErlebnisPark Hochdorf, the Strohgäu community gathered on the natural grounds at Rieter Straße for a summer get-together: Sonnwendfeuer on Saturday evening, live music late into the night, catering with grilled food, and a children's program during the day. Like every year, a typical Swabian-rural summer festival.

2025 Edition

In 2025, ErlebnisPark Hochdorf once again opened its doors for the traditional Sonnwendfest on the Midsummer weekend. TSV-Lauftreff Hochdorf and Förderverein ErlebnisPark invited guests to the natural grounds at Rieter Straße for a summer celebration — as every year, a cozy summer festival for the Strohgäu community of Eberdingen and visitors from neighboring areas.

During the day, the family and catering program ran, and on Saturday evening, the traditional Sonnwendfeuer was lit as a visual highlight. Live music and DJ sets provided the atmosphere late into the short summer night. The park's natural setting — meadows, trees, play areas — gives the festival its special character and deliberately distinguishes it from more urban public festivals.
