Edition 2025 — Sommerstraßen Dudweiler

The Sommerstraßen Dudweiler 2025 took place from late June to July – the same three-week format as in 2026. A successful event organized by the Saarbrücken Cultural Office and Pro Dorf Dudweiler in the district's pedestrian zone.

The 2025 edition established the Sommerstraßen as a permanent fixture in the Dudweiler event calendar. Residents, families, and visitors from neighboring districts utilized the traffic-calmed spaces for lingering, playing, enjoying small concerts, and participating in creative activities. The positive feedback led to the extension of the format for 2026.

Programme

Three weeks of open urban space with decentralized events, creative projects, and participatory stations in the Dudweiler pedestrian zone.
