Sommerkino Heringsdorf — Open-Air Beach Cinema

The 2025 season of Sommerkino Heringsdorf was as successful as ever. For two summer months, the open-air cinema ensured full rows of spectators on the beach every day. The combination of innovative LED technology, the radio headphone concept, and the unique backdrop directly in front of the pier once again established itself as one of the most popular family attractions on the island of Usedom.

The organizer, Kaiserbäder Tourismus Service GmbH, drew a positive conclusion: the mix of children's films, comedies, and blockbusters was well-received, and the radio headphone system and weather resilience functioned reliably. Thus, the summer cinema remains an integral part of the event calendar in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district.
