Edition 2025 — Finished

Edition 2025 — Sommerkino Burbach

In 2025, the Burbach Cultural Association once again hosted its traditional summer cinema in the schoolyard of the Weyersberg primary school. As always, the focus was on arthouse films, neighborhood connection, and a summery open-air atmosphere.

The 2025 edition took place as usual in August in the schoolyard of the Offene Ganztagsgrundschule Weyersberg in Saarbrücken-Burbach. The exact dates and the films shown were communicated via the association's website and Facebook page. The event seamlessly integrated into the association's annual cultural program, alongside exhibitions, neighborhood projects, and markets.

Programme

The specific film selection for 2025 was communicated by the Cultural Association through its channels. The format followed the proven structure: one film screening per event, starting at dusk, with catering provided by the association.
