Overview

The Sommerfest am Musikheim Bütthard 2025 continued the annual club tradition – three days of summer festival with a cocktail evening, brass music evening, and Frühschoppen. The Musikverein Frankonia Bütthard and its volunteers catered to guests independently. Villagers, friendly clubs, and guests from the Maindreieck region ensured the usual relaxed club festival atmosphere at the Musikheim.

The 2025 edition followed the established format. The musical program was curated by Frankonia Bütthard, with guest appearances by friendly music clubs from the Maindreieck region. Catering was entirely voluntary.

Summer festivals by music clubs like the one in Bütthard are the backbone of Lower Franconian club culture. They finance youth work (sheet music, instruments, rehearsal work) and create opportunities for intergenerational encounters.
